Tremainsville Hall Terms

The full terms of renting the hall are within the contract that we will sign. In general, this is how we will share the cleanups:

  • You take down, clean and put away all tables and chairs that you put up.

  • You take out everything that you or others bring in.

  • You pick up debris from your rental in the parking lot.

  • You take out your garbage.

  • You leave us a floor that is not sticky.

  • We do basic janitorial to the bathrooms and restock the paper products.

  • We re-line the empty trash cans.

  • We do basic janitorial over the floors that you remove stickiness from.

  • We will do basic janitorial to the kitchen.

  • We will sweep the rugs.

Tremainsville Hall Rates

  • Seasonal flexibility. November, December and January are three months of the year which we will be negotiable on our pricing. Tell us what you would like to do and we will create a custom rate for you. Otherwise, the prices that follow are non-negotiable.

  • Rent the weekend. Renting the weekend for a big event allows you to have Friday-Sunday. This means that you can set up, have a rehearsal dinner or party before the party on Friday, have your event on Saturday, and have the luxury to come back to deal with the take down on Sunday. The price for this package is $1,200.00.

  • Our highest price for a single day is $750.00, which is for a Saturday; you get both rooms from 9a.m. until 1 a.m. We ask that your guests be out by midnight.

  • Our lowest price is $95.00, which is for Mondays through Thursdays, any 6 hours you would like to choose between 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our small room. This is ideal for kids birthdays, baby showers, wedding showers etc.

  • Our price for the large room Monday through Thursday is $295 if you don?t need the evening, and $395 if you do.

  • We do not rent the small room separately on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

  • We do Sundays 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in our large room for $295.00. This rate is not available May or June.*

  • Another option is $495.00, which is an evening rental in our large room on Fridays or Sundays. You get it from 12 p.m. until 1 a.m. We ask that your guests are out by midnight.

  • We also do funeral dinners for $295.00. In this case, we will set up tables and chairs and also take them down for you. The hours you can use the hall are from 9am to 8pm.



  • Since acquiring the hall seven years ago we have done many improvements such as an epoxy floor, relocating the a/c unit, installing a new 50 year roof, a new lighted arch, lightweight tables, a new sign with lights brick and sprinkler system, expanded and paved the parking lot, and a new entrance with benches, bricks, and lighted glass block.
